Okay so the world is going to be destroyed in another 3 hours and you are stuck up in this huge DVD shopping mall and the whole place is left open and is deserted... (they all freaked out and ran away...) now thats not imoprtant. The important thing is that u know would like to watch one last movie and the DVD shop can offer u anything u want... so all u have to do is pick up a movie and watch it till the end. So which movie will it be? For me - I will have a tough choice between First i pick two...The Hidden Fortress and Roman Holiday... i decide the former is in japanese and i want to see something i can understand immediately, the latter can be slow in this situation. Then i decide that i want to laugh a little bit... Kungfu Panda crosses my mind... nevermind graphics when humanity is being destroyed lol Then i pick modern times ahead of city lights... because mt is more funnier and then i see ursula andress's loaded guns... i feel ursula undressing is more entertaining than chaplin... but then in the light of the situation i think i want to see something epic like empire strikes back... (i see the name tarantino on one of shelves... i pause for a sec and move on) then i think of spielberg and what a great director he is... but i say whatever and pick RETURN OF THE KING... yes thats EPIC and thats what i want to watch before i die. so what is it for u... if u have time... mention all the movies that give u some headache in choosing the best one out of them. The movie can be anything, it can be a porno or even a cricket match dvd.

I would feel like a watching a feel-good movie before I die. So I pick up Singin' in the rain. But would change my mind to give the greatest Indian director a due, so pick up the Apu Trilogy. But then I realize I don't have the time to complete it so I decide to go with the movie from where Ray borrowed the concept for Pather: Bimal Da's classic Do Bigha Zameen. But I have wept every single time I have watched it and I don't to want to die crying. So I pick up Panchatantram to get to laugh into death. Since I would not really be able to feel how a dying man feels, I pick up Hrishi Da's Anand to go through the joy/pain of a dying man. While going from the P shelf to the A shelf, I go past N and get caught by Nayagan. Not having the patience to watch it in subtitles, I go to Ramu's Sarkar. Although I have enjoyed this movie more than the original, I feel Brando/Pacino combo is far better than the Bachchcans and go for Godfather. Before picking it up, I realize that I have always enjoyed the book more than the movie. I get confused and start thinking why in life should there by so many choices when the word Life strike me. I go straight to Life is Beautiful but again I wouldn't want to watch a foreign movie dubbed or follow the subtitles. I finally decide there cannot be any language better than one's mother tongue, there cannot be any director better than Kalatapasvi Vishwanath, there cannot be any better actor than Kamal and thats right, there cannot be any movie that can be as complete as Saagara Sangamam.
