Doctor Afridi: A bite a day, reverse swing way (Only Banned for 2 T20's)

Well Hair is obviously biased but this would make Pak to think twice before they make Afridi as captain. But wait...we are talking about Pak cricket.
On the contrary, Afridi just became an even stronger candidate for captaincy. Now his team mates and fans will look up to him.

yes. Afridi is hailed there because he "had shown hunger" :haha: to win. Dr.Kamran Abbasi certifies. I mean it happens only in Pakistan. Nowhere else. Here is a serial offender who did it openly twice in the match. Then he lied about the reason for biting it. Then he admitted he was trying to help his bowlers and accused bowlers form every country. He only regretted about his methods not his actions. Only in Pakistan persons with such kind of integrity can become captain. "Hook or crook", Short cut" - synonymous with Pak players. They don't care about integrity or anything. Otherwise Asif a serial offender would not be playing now. As long as they are your "saviours" they can do whatever they want and still play. This is the attitude that permeates through their society too. Making false promises (promise of presedential security, promise of bringing shooters to justice, promise of this, promise of that), Drugs, ball tampering, pitch tampering, It is part and parcel of their lives. That is why guys like Afridi is still stronger cadndiate for captaincy than ever before.

You simply DO NOT nominate a captain just coz he eat a ball and said he did it for his team. By that standard, every terrorist who eats cyanide after getting caught and commits suicide becomes a freedom-fighter.
