If I want pizza, I'll go for the real thing, rather than the greasy, processed cheese and tomato sauce-laden load of crap that's so popular around the world these days. Proper pizza = Neapolitan style, fresh out of a wood fired brick/steel oven with a light crust with tomato, basil, FRESH fior di latti or bufala mozzarella, and maybe a few other toppings like sausage (Italian, of course) or prosciutto. Nothing else comes close.

I will eat any Pizza - Hut, Dominos, Chiago Style deep dish, Wood fire oven baked ones from the Italian joints - bring them on with lots of veggie toppings. :jive: Pizza hut does tend to make their pie a little too greasy at times. But for most part they taste alright.

Shane Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Pizza Hut, only I wish the prices weren't that steep as it is at the moment. Smokn Joes is good too, far reasonable as compared to Pizza Hut, but quality wise I guess Pizza Hut trumps it.

In the US it's complete tripe - artificially fluffed up stale base with lard and rotten tomatoes on it. In fact, all the Pizza chain stores in the US sell hopeless Pizza. Papa Johns' is perhaps the only half decent one.
