Even if he had been available. BRC has much more experience batsmen to negotiate such bowling. Look at CSK. Hayden retired player. Albie is just a bits and pieces who can connect a few on his day. Rest of them are noobs. Pandey is definitely more talented than Vijay and Badri atleast inthis format. Uthappa is miles better than either of them. Kohli has already established his name for India. Ram Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 I simply CANNOT wait for Dhoni to get fit and Hussey to arrive. That'll give our batting the much needed oompf. MSD can obviously come in place of Parthiv, while Huss can replace Bailey. Otherwise, there is a nice solid look to the team. Even though BRC got away in the final few overs, we pretty much had them on leash till the 16th over. Even otherwise, the 170 total would have been far more chaseable with MSD and Huss around.
