Initial part of my first Novel Swatantra (In Hindi)

स्वतंत्र मतलब आज़ाद. आज़ाद! यूँ तो हम १९४७ में आज़ाद हो गए थे यानि ६३ साल पहले और एक बहुत लम्बा वक़्त गुज़र चुका है इसी उम्मीद में के कभी न कभी तो हमें आजादी का वास्तविक अर्थ पता लगेगा, मगर हम भारतीय आज भी भ्रमित हैं, खोये हैं सपनों में, सोचते हैं के कोई चमत्कार होगा और ज़िन्दगी बदल जाएगी, पर क्या वास्तव में चमत्कार होता है? या फिर अपने मन को तसल्ली देने के लिए ही इंसान ने भगवान और चमत्कार जैसे शब्दों का इजाद किया है, इस पर भी तर्क-वितर्क किया जा सकता है, मगर हम नसीब पर छोड़ देते हैं अधिकतर चीज़ों को, सोचते हैं के किस्मत में होगा तो हो जायेगा, हमें मिल जायेगा, बस लकीर के फकीर बने रहते हैं. इसी उधेड़बुन में लोग इंसान को भगवन मानने लगते हैं, कहते हैं के ये भगवान के अवतार हैं, मगर क्या सोचने की क्षमता इतनी क्षीण हो जाती है, क्योंकि जब ऐसा होता है तो बहुत से लोग खुश हो जाते हैं, उन्हें लगता है के उनकी किस्मत चमक गयी. राजनेताओं को भी इन बातों से बहुत फायदा होता है. जनता भगवन की पूजा में उलझ जाती है और चमत्कार का इंतज़ार करती है तो नेताओं को तसल्ली हो जाती है के चलो बला टली. मगर कभी-कभी उल्टा हो जाता है और जनता कुछ ज्यादा तेज साबित होती है और इन छलावो में नहीं आती, पर ये बहुत कम होता है और होता भी है तो तब जब पानी सर से ऊपर निकल जाता है, तब लोगो की तन्द्रा टूटती है. ग़लतिया अगर ऐतिहासिक हो तो उसे सुलझाने की बजाये वक़्त पर छोड़ दिया जाता है,ये सोचकर के कौन पचड़े में पड़े. कुछ गलतिया ऐसी होती हैं जो इंसानों की मौत का कारण बन जाती हैं. कुछ गलतियाँ अब मुद्दे बन चुके हैं. बहुत से मुद्दे हैं जो यूँ ही छूटे हुए हैं वक़्त के सहारे, किस्मत के सहारे, जो गलतिया हुई उनका परिणाम आज भी भुगत रहे हैं हज़ारो-लाखों लोग. एक राज्य था जो बंट गया, न आधा न पूरा, न हमें मिला, न उन्हें मिला, उस पर विवाद चल रहे हैं, कुछ लोग आन्दोलन चला रहे हैं, एक मुल्क जो कभी अपना ही हिस्सा था वो भी कतार में है, कुछ लोग अलग मुल्क चाहते हैं, कुछ इसी मुल्क में रहकर स्वतंत्र होना चाहते हैं सरकार को पता नहीं क्या करे, कुछ सरफिरे लोग लोगों को आतंकित कर रहे हैं, नए-नए संगठन रोज़ बन रहे हैं आन्दोलन के नाम पर, देश के सैनिक लाखों की तादाद में बोर्डर पर हैं, आंतरिक सुरक्षा में पुलिस लगी है, मगर सब कुछ जाया हो रहा है, न आतंक रुक रहा है, न ही रुकेगा. जब पनाह देने वाले ही रोकने वालों का चोला ओढ़ ले तो ऐसा ही होता है. कुछ लोग मानव अधिकारों के नाम पर उनका सरंक्षण करते हैं, तो कुछ अल्पसंख्यक कह कर उन्हें आरक्षण देते हैं, इन बातो का फायदा है तो नुकसान भी है, कभी-कभी पिछड़े लोगो को सहायता मिल जाती है, तो कभी इसका उल्टा हो जाता है. मगर इन सबमे किसी का नुकसान सबसे ज्यादा होता है तो वो हैं देश के सैनिक जो अपने कैम्पों में बैठे यही बाट जोहते हैं के न जाने कब उन पर सशत्र आतंकी हमला कर दे, ऐसी स्थिति में कोई कुछ नहीं कर सकता अपना बचाव करने के अलावा, क्योंकि हम पहल नहीं करते, हम यकीं करते हैं के दूसरा पक्ष पहला कदम उठाये तो हम उसका जवाब दे और इसी में देर हो जाती है.

swatantrata matlab azaad, azaad! yu toh hum 1947 mein azaad ho gaye thay yaani 63 saal pehle aur ek bahut lamba waqt gujar chuka hai isi umeed mein ke kabhi na kabhi toh humein azaadi ka vastvik arth pata lagega, magar hum bhartiya aaj bhi bharhmit hai, khoye hai apne sapno mein, sochtey hai ke koi chamatkar hoga and zindagi badal jayegi, par kya vaastav mein chamatkar hota hai? ya phir apne mann ko tasalli dene ke liye hi insaan ne bhagvan aur chamatkaar jaise shabdon ka ijaad kiya hai, is par bhi tarak-vitarak kiya ja saakta hai, magar hum naseeb par chor dete hai adhiktar cheezon ko, sochtey hai ke kismat mein hoga toh ho jayega, humein mil jayega, bas lakeer ke fakeer bane rehte hai.

I can read Hindi and I like it. It sounds more like a lecture or an article than the beginning of a novel. I guess it would sound better with what follows.

read so much Hindi after a long time .. the start looks good .. I agree with the whole article but I would like to differ a bit about the army part .. I have extreme respect for army but they are not flawless too .. but then again we are sitting in our homes while they serve the country and so we are not eligible to judge their flaws .. army and police has been corrupted as well as done wrong doings throughout India but then you will find good and bad everywhere .. but overall yes feel bad for the army who are the most prone to such attacks .. but then again that is their work and what they are paid for .. some work for the country and for humanity alongside money but many security personals also work only for money

Quite a few understand Hindi I think, perhaps maybe not the script... so here an attempt at it in "romanizing" the Hindi script. Someone finish the rest if you like. any payment is lesser than the life of a young man who dies in fighting....the families who have lost their sons knw that...and actually in that respect they get nothing....only high post officers get enough amount bt they dnt go in war field, the soldiers who give their lives dnt get that much......

this is just an introduction part, actually it is a story of 2 soldiers one Indian and one Pakistani, they meet 3 times in life in different circumstances...wt happened then is the real story in a sensitive way...
