Nope, the honor goes to Simon Taufell. Having said that Aleem Dar's is an interesting case. He has made some correct decisions in the past which I don't believe any other umpire would have been able to. It was surprising for him to be able to make those decisions in real time. On the contrary he has also made some pretty ordinary mistakes, something you don't really expect from a man having the ability to give such difficult decisions.
