Saw 'Terminator Salvation' or should I say, endured through 'Terminator Salvation' I'd like to congratulate the producers and director of this movie for achieving something very little people have managed to do before, which is to single-handedly destroy what was one of the biggest cult action movie series by making a sequel that could be described as 'lame' at best and many other horrible adjectives at worst. The single most distressing part about 'Terminator Salvation' is that it seems totally out of character in relation to the rest of the Terminator series. Its almost like as though its a separate movie. Sure, the movie-makers did miss Arnold big time, but at the least, they could have a made a decent meal out of the screenplay and that is where they failed the most. The movie is a collection of action sequences and even the action stunts themselves are nothing worth shouting bout. You never really get into the movie at all and many of the characters are weakly conjured. The greatest thing bout the Terminator series (esp T2) is that even though it was make-believe, you did really believe it, because the screenplay and action sequences were closely woven with each other. Here, the movie resembles more one of those video-games where the 'Hero' gets to choose different guns and attacks villein targets. Terminator 2 was one my most favorite movies ever and it changed the landscape of action movie. That sort of an epic deserves a better sequel than this. If you're going to watch this movie, do a simple thing - Dont watch it.

I havent watched any of the Terminators. My friends dragged me along to Salvation. Not impressed. It is like some B-movie action porn with Christian Bale instead of Dolph Lundgren. Get this. I liked He's just not that into you more than Terminator: Salvation. :(( Am I allowed to pass myself off as a man? :sniffle:

Angels and Demons I was worried after the reviews I read, but everyone was comparing to the book - ya, to hell with that..went for it and I really enjoyed it. I feel like visiting Vatican again - last time I was a 8 year old who had no interest in cathedral and wall paintings

Angels and Demons: Definitely not a bad movie. Was good. Completely effed up the physics - so it was a little painful to listen to their descriptions of a few things, but apart rom that, it was pretty good really. Tom Hanks was awesome - as usual. Had more action than DaVinci Code - not too many boring moments. But I went in there not really expecting something great so it seemed very good to me. Your opinions may vary.

Night of the Museum 2; Time-pass movie. Dont go with too much expectations, you'll come out with a few smiles on your face.
