Clarke Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Enemy at the Gates Disappointed i must say. Dealing with Stalingrad, it could have been as big as Saving Private Ryan. It was nowhere as dramatic, even though Stalingrad was deadlier than Normandy, despite that u just do not get the drama it deserves. The conflict between the snipers, which is supposed to be the highlight of the movie, is somewhat subdued by the love story which is really distracting and hurts the intensity. Add to all this, the plot is largely fictional and said to be demeaning of the Red Army, totally uncalled for.

Nova Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 Shutter Island (I liked it for the eerie atmosphere. Camera work was good) Law Abiding Citizen (could have been better) Inglorius Basterds (expected more, but it was good) 500 Days of Summer (I became a teenager again. Meh)
Gunner_Mania Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 500 Days of Summer (I became a teenager again. Meh) My OH has been bugging me for that one. I couldn't get past the first 5-10 mins. The Bounty Hunter 4.5/10.
