India really didnt play like they wanted to win...there was no hunger for win unlike other teams...they were not at all upto the mark...so i dont think anything wrong if they didnt deserve to be in the semis...isnt cricket all about competition and only the deserving one wins??

Lok here you got me all wrong. OF COURSE India did not deserve to be in the semi finals. The "Really" in my previous post was supposed to be drippping in sarcasm. Sorry it wasn't obvious :-) But shouldn't the next sentence have made it clear? Why do we need Harsha Bhogle to tewll us this? What's so special about what he is saying? Why does one need to be an "expert" to be able to see the obvious? Thats all I was implying :-)

how can us say they didnt play to win...its just our batting couldn't click as we wanted..our bowling and fielding always let us down...every plays for win.....there is nothing like deserving in the world....deserving does not always win....who makes the best of the opportunity that matters most is the winner whether he has been poor before....this word deserving is very over rated for me..u say India were not deserved then hw can Pak was deserving..they were as poor as Indian team
