Sachinism Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 :haha::haha: I think Sehwag is probably the best offspinner in the Indian team. He has a clean action and also spins the ball Former Indian captain Bishan Bedi is clearly not a member of the Harbhajan Singh fan club
Ahmed Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Well Bedi knows Harbhjan is a chucker so that's why he is putting Sehwag ahead of him.
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 The situation is grim when Sehwag`s your best bowler:giggle: Jokes aside, what`s Bedi`s problem with Bhajji? He does perform well against every other team except Pakistan.
Guest Hiten. Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 ^ He does not consider dusra as a legitimate delivery, hence anyone bowling that is a chucker according to Bedi saheb.
Ahmed Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 ^ He does not consider dusra as a legitimate delivery' date=' hence anyone bowling that is a chucker according to Bedi saheb.[/quote'] He is from the old school, just like Michael Holding. Anyone who bowls faster than Holding is a chuker..Holding was critisizing Akhtar's action some years back.
Deleted_User_1 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 He does seem to chuck the doosra. So is Ajmal.....
Online Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Sehwag is under rated as a spinner...he should bowl more.
Desi Cartman Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I have never heard him praise anybody, he has criticized everybody and he has done it so often that now people dont value his opinion
DomainK Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 He is an idiot. He needs to take maun-vrat for the rest of his life.
Guest OriginalPrince Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 :haha::haha: Former Indian captain Bishan Bedi is clearly not a member of the Harbhajan Singh fan club 100% correct. make this guy the bcci boss. the only stand up guy in sub continent cricket.
yoda Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 100% correct. make this guy the bcci boss. the only stand up guy in sub continent cricket. nah, you can take him to wherever and make him stand up there. :giggle:
Clarke Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 This guy was always a total noob, he regarded Sunil Joshi as the best left arm spinner in the world in the late 90s; seriously, being such an experienced left armer u didnt know the class of Vettori vs Joshi ?
Ram Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Hearing Bishen Bedi speak is like watching the real-life version of King Tendulkar in action. The only difference is, while KT's blind rants against Nehra are at best laughable and an irritant, Bedi's outburst against Bhajji are shocking and effin annoying. I mean, here's a guy who regards arguably one of the top 2-3 bowlers of all time in the entire history of cricket, Murali, as an out and out chucker. And he spares no punches when it comes to Bhajjji as well. Now, Bhajji's record in test match cricket in the last 2-3 years can at best be labeled patchy and questionable, but to call him pathetic names like Bedi does is totally out of the line. As much as Bhajji's test match record is not as good as it could have been, he has been our emotional leader on the field, not only inspiring the team to some crucial wins with his own bowling, but also helping the other players express themselves. Old man Bedi has clearly lost it. Rather than hand him a mike, they should give him the address to the nearest mental asylum.

I remember he won us the last test match against SA and made his critics eat humble pie. Is it gonna be your turn to eat humble pie soon?
Ram Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 This is what happens you're desperate to throw random allegations at people. :hysterical: Lesson no.1 Message boarding: Read the post in full! :haha: what a complete joker!
Ranjha Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I have never heard him praise anybody' date=' he has criticized everybody and he has done it so often that now people dont value his opinion[/quote'] He loves Shane Warne.
Mr. Wicket Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 He loves Shane Warne. He probably just wants to get in on one of Warne's threesomes.
b555 Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Sehwag is under rated as a spinner...he should bowl more. cinsidering his 92 wickets, with only an average of 3 overs per match, sehwag is indeed a handy spinner given more oppurtunities, he can pprove more owrthy but for the past few years,he has started getting injured too many times and in such a situation we cant over burden whimw ith bowling which ultimately affect his batting
Lord Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 he obviously loves to be in headlines create controversies.he could've easily said that Swann is best offspinner in the world n most would've agreed.but no he wants to be in news n takes a cheap shot at Bhajji
