I dont like Pakistan and was very badly hoping they'd lose their last test versus Australia. Really wanted them to collapse on that last day. BUT Boy do I HATE England so much more. So here's hoping the Paks give England a THUMPING. Smug, arrogant poms badly need to be put in their place. You listen to any commie and/or expert (not necessarily the players to be fair) and its ALL about the Ashes. Its like the other teams are not worthy of their attention and it is all just a warm up for the Aus tour. So go on Pakistan, rip them apart. For the first time EVER Im supporting the Pakistan cricket team. (Realistically, itll be close but I'd expect an Eng win...)

Given the choice between tuning into Pak v. Eng and SL vs Ind i'd go for the former - what a sad indictment. By the way is this a home or away series for Pak?

There is no way Pakistan will beat England. England does not have a captain idiot enough to bat under overcast conditions.

India seems to be doing so bad, people have now started supporting Pakistan:cantstop: And just to clear any confusion, this is an AWAY series for Pakistan. I`d love to see a hard fought series. The conditions would be conducive for bowling,hopefully, and well there`s nothing better than watching wickets tumble, is there?:--D Already looking extremely forward to it. My only apprehension is the absence of both Yousuf and Younis who could`ve been a handful in conditions that suit the home team more. But God willing, our youngsters will come good and make all of us proud:two_thumbs_up:

Didn't you say that about Pak vs Aus. in fact you said you don't see our bowlers doing any good, and that we'll be lucky to last 4 days..:D Now I know you will say Ponting batted first and all that, but that's not our problem. In the end result is what matters.

True that. I absolutely hate when English commentators keep honking about Ashes Ashes and their World XI and calling playing with other teams just a built up for the Ashes. I hope Pakistan absolutely humiliate them (not possible though). If they do then atleast I will be satisfied that England will be going from Trashes to Ashes.

Eng has better batting and much better bowling than Aus especially for the conditions at home. I see pak bowling restricting eng to reasonable totals but I cant see Pak scoring more than 250 more than couple of times in the series. well I dont hate Eng so yea go Poms :P
