The best offspinner in Intl cricket currently (in Tests - Muralitharan still plays ODIs) Graeme-Swann.jpgGraeme-Swann-celebrates-t-001.jpgricky-ponting-graeme-swan-006.jpg :hatsoff: 5-fer at Adelaide to get England up 1-0 in Ashes

Bit annoying this, a thread after game one that calls him average followed by game two with this thread. How about everyone stick to the master thread on Swann ? just saying, although i agree he's a very good bowler.

Actually come to think of it, 'fineleg' could just be a set of algorithms that has managed to post 15 000 posts to date. Open a thread praising a phoren player who just played well. Say 'hatsoff' and then upload a few pictures of the player (dunno why this feature was installed). And then say/imply that our players can 'learn' something from them. And then, on every alternate day open a captain obvious thread saying something like 'Will my absolute lack of humour be a factor in the standup comedy showdown thing that this guy wants me to do?'. And not to leave the obvious bit, the whinging threads about our own players, the codes for which most of us are quite familiar with.

But seriously, why the hell do you post random pictures of players? You're free to get pissed off and post a completely meaningless post saying "I'm free to post whatever I want. If you dont like it, fawk off..*smileys* ". Lets be honest, that wouldnt be a massive step down in quality.

Back to the point lets leave the arguments and accept he is a good bowler and he has won them a lot of matches esp. against Aussies. Spinner quality is making all the difference between the two sides int he Ashes. his bowling also reminds me of Ramesh Powar - classical offbreaks and less of the doosra nonsense.

Yes ravi, Coverdrive and diegovegaz. He looks like the best around in current circuit. fbm - if its the pics - just attribute it to different styles from diff posters. When I write some threads, I like putting in the players pic. Its not a totally random pic, but one that has the player that is being talked about. Anyway, I can understand if thats not your style of posting, each poster has their own. And no - I wont say fawk off for you asking a question, I'll answer the question as long as the question is asked politely. But you need to learn to be not rude as well when you post.
