bowlin- leg spinner i bowl lot in my life than batting i claim two hattrick,for that i win 501 for each hattrick :yayo: batting-bats tlike yusuf pathan, where i play there is 51 rupees for each six as reward, i hit 13 sixes. my fielding is very poor i must say i believe in dealing in boundries,never bother to run singles. i also try in ICL but get failed.

This was all way back in 1995-6[/quote'] good stuff man. one of my colleagues has a similar story as yours. Batsman, played 1 Ranji match for MP when in 10th standard, was MoM in that. Had to leave state cricket for studies. Still is a brilliant batsman. As for me, Bowling style - Right arm fast medium - strength - a pretty good yorker. The last ball I bowled was also a yorker (2 days back, off and middle stumps uprooted) . Was nick named 'pacer' in college days. Weakness - lack of consistency, lack of fitness(to maintain high pace for longer spells) Batting style - right hand slogger. Dont know how to play on the off-side. usually play with hard tennis ball. Very very occasionally with leather ball.

I have seen stuff like that happen all the time. A friend of mine was in the U-19 Haryana team as an offspinner. He came to the US and became a Medium Fast bowler/ batsman where he averaged in the mid fourties for a few years' date=' absolutely lost all batting form ( i have no idea why) while increasing his pace and bounce and became the opening bowler.[/quote']The beef here in the U.S. did in your friend.

Batting - RHB- Opening batsman. I destruct pace bowlers but very weak against spin. Very technical yet a little unorthodox on flat tracks. I tend to try and beat the hell out of spinners which actually makes me very vulnerable against spin. Bowling - Right hand fast/medium. - I am usually the first change bowler. Sometimes very effective and sometimes get the beat. The maximum I have ever bowled in a spell is 7 overs. I can bowl up to 10 - 15 overs in a limited overs game. Fielding - Poor in the outfield but a good catcher in the slips. Roll: Allrounder but sometimes make the XI as a batsman.

RHB - lower order batsman, I come at 6 or 7, my job is to build partnerships and power hitting at the end. My highest score was 106*, never played Test as I don't like wasting 5 of my valuable days. I bowl leg spin and have been quite lucky as I always have picked up a wicket in my first over. I am a finger spinner and do flight the bowl often and sometimes i dart the bowl like Bhajji. So far I have only 3 variation, will work on more, 1 Bhajji dart, 2 leg spin (can turn a lot), 3 offspin. I don't know what I should be called as I can spin both ways. Fielding wise - I am very poor, i have dropped catches and got into conflicts with some of my team mates once for dropping a valuable catch but it was all good as I picked his wicket up later and won the match

Initially, I started off as a fast bowler and was fairly good at it as well. The last few years, I have vastly improved my batting as well. And recently one year or so, I have started throwing, bowling and batting left handed as well. Right now, I can bowl fast,medium,slow, spin, numerous bowling actions and bat both orthodox and attacking strokes with both left/right handed. I can do anything basically. This makes me the ideal player :proud:

I stopped playing cricket this year to give me more time on the weekends. But this is how I'd say I used to play haha. Batting- Solid but nothing more. Once I get my eye in can be pretty good, but struggle a bit early on. Bowling- Used to be quick, but then just turned into a medium pacer with accurate line and length. Fielding- Weapon haha, rarely dropped any catches and took a few screamers

Tapped ball :two_thumbs_up: personally I enjoy playing with the taped ball more than the real ball. It's gives you the feeling of playing with the real ball but without having to wear all the gears. You gotta try the real ball cricket to get the real feeling of the game so called cricket. It's a whole new feeling :hatsoff:

Played District under-19 for Lucknow as an opening batsman who could bowl a bit of off spin. But fell away from the game because I found studying Physics more interesting. While in university, played for the university team as an off spinner and a 3-4-5 down batsman called in to stabilize things if we lost too many quick wickets. Was quite surprised to see how my off spin kicked off once I started concentrating on it. We played a lot of matches on matting wickets where top spin was a huge bonus - the new ball could really take off if it had enough work on it and landed on the seam. Never really considered it as a career option though because was always more interested in Physics after a certain point.
