It is them who has decided to play. The ECB mearly gave them an opportunity and nothing else. If you had a Australian born in India and lived there for all his life then he is an Indian with australian background. And if he manages to have enough skills then he might get selected for the national team. He can consider himself as an Indian since he was born in india (despite his parents being from a different country). What will your tone be then? Are you going to be like "ohh he is white and therefore not indian and should not represent india"?
