Chandan Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Hats off!! Take a bow!! That banana swing at that pace and at such control!! Wow!! Truly a wow stuff. Just can't watch cricket quietly today! So much quality!! Just wow!!
King Tendulkar Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 The white Malcomn Marshall. Just like Marshall can bowl express but knows when to cut down on pace and look for swing/seam. Great athlete and great brain.
daryl1985 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Brilliant bowler! As i always say he is the greatest since McGrath
jibranpatel15 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 amazing bowling from Dale Steyn he is surely best Fast bowler available in world cricket currently. He was unlucky that didn't get couple more wickets in that spell . He hitted bails of off stump but didn't went off unlucky
akshayxyz Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Clone him, and give original Steyn to us - otherwise its not fair :).
hari504504 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 I'd be afraid of us chasing even <150 in the second innings as long as this man is marking his bowling stride... He is easily the best fast bowler I've seen
fineleg Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 I'd be afraid of us chasing even <150 in the second innings as long as this man is marking his bowling stride... You are right, he can rip any team apart.
f.b.m Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 He is one of the all time greats for sure. Whatever, all time great means. We're quite privileged to watch two masters of their game at each other and perform as well as they have this match.
coffee_rules Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 SR Tendulkar b Morkel 146 465 314 17 2 46.49 Remarkable against the bowling of Steyn and Morkel. Time to celebrate Indian cricket.
Hindustani Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 easily the best bowler currently in Tests, Pace, Control and Swing
Ram Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 This guy is unbelievable. I am not sure there has ever been any bowler in the recent past who makes such a huge impact with his bowling on the game, so unfailingly. The only equivalent comparison I can come up with is Murali during the early to mid 2000s, when he reeled consecutive test calendar years with 90+ wickets.
gaurav92 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 ^Morris :woot: LOL Nice change is all I can say :giggle: Coming on Topic, I think he is the Best Bowler currently and his consistency both at home and away games is just remarkable.
ZodiaC Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 He is one of the all time greats for sure. Whatever' date=' all time great means. Legend IMO, I haven't such a player who could swing, seam and bowl at it express pace all at will. Not to mention his accuracy. And above all couldn't recall him missing many matches due to fitness issues either. Beast
gs Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Deadly combination of pace and control. Always a pleasure to watch.
Sachin2210 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Easily the best bowler in the world at present. :hatsoff:
Anakin Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 It was absolutely scary to watch this guy today.
VRV Singh Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 From the moment he first beat Sachin's bat you knew he was on the ball...that first over was remarkable. Really good bowler :hatsoff:
