El_Pipita Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Who do you think is the better bowler and why? :eyedance:
Cricketics Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Zaheer, because he can eat the batsman Asif can eat only Charas.
Cricket_Guru Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 sab se pehe tau hush amdeed. us kay baad, koi chaye paani ka intezam karrai'n. aur ab on the topic. I think that this is not the case, where your brief case isn't brief enough to prove my point. as a result you can only ride on a donkey to get benefits, i fully respect your expectations, which i don't eat when i go to takeaway. now this is the reason i am fully 100%, full glass and not an empty glass. thank you. anyone else agree......:nervous:
Pak_Forever Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 On bowling skills there's no point of comparing anyone with Asif. Asif by miles. And also on stupidity skills this brilliant dumb stupid bowler is light-years ahead of Zaheer. But nothing to take away from Zaheer, as he is a very smart and hardworking bowler and has only been improving since his county days.
f.b.m Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Zaheer can be hit around by the opposition batsmen but only Asif can get hit by his own team-mate.

jf1gp_1 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 i respect your views, but he didnt, indian batting did. just like when pak use to be one of the top with its bowling and likes of saeed anwar and saleem malik use to get credit for it... take this as an example, zaheer is no comp for asif, who has missed almost 2 years in this, one due to being banned, and one less cricket for pak....yet still:--D what do you mean Indian batting did ? are you telling me all our opponents gift their wickets ? please dont throw in numbers ; there is a thread which shows agarkar has better stats than akram. Bottom line performance talks and its down right disrespectful to someone like zaheer to even be compared to Asif.

Asoka Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Asif>Zak in tests,Zak>Asif in ODIs. Asif is a once in a generation talent who has screwed his career. At such a young age,he bowls with such gr8 control and maturity. He had the potential to be one of the greatest bowlers of all time but it is now all wasted.
vvvslaxman Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Who do you think is the better bowler and why? :eyedance: On seaming tracks Asif slightly has an edge. On flat tracks Asif is simply no match for Zak.

Bottom line performance talks and its down right disrespectful to someone like zaheer to even be compared to Asif. Yes performance talks, and there is a reason why Asif is still in the top 10 bowling list despite not playing for the past few months. Asif is no match to Zaheer in ODI's however, but in Tests they are pretty close.
Andy Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 On Green Tracks Asif is Better, On Flat wickets, Asif and Zak comparision doesnt hold any Logic.
Hindustani Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 On Green Tracks Asif is Better' date=' On Flat wickets, Asif and Zak comparision doesnt hold any Logic.[/quote'] What about in UAE ? :--D btw, these Pakistani trolls :finger: have to be more discreet, they start spreading their retardness (I know it is not a word) from the first post/thread itself :eyedance:
jf1gp_1 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 On Green Tracks Asif is Better' date=' On Flat wickets, Asif and Zak comparision doesnt hold any Logic.[/quote'] what your opinion about a fit irfan pathan on a green track ?
Andy Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 what your opinion about a fit irfan pathan on a green track ? Pathan Mostly Depends on Swing Rather seam. I dont think he will be Effective throughout the Match on a Green Track, Classic Example was the Karachi Test in 2006. As Soon as the Ball Stopped Swinging, He couldnt utilise the Grass of the Pitch, Which the Pitch had.
