Cricketics Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Offcourse we all would be following India games very passionately, but which are those games which you are very excited about in which 2 other nations are playing. These are the games I am really looking forward too 1. South Africa vs West Indies at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi on Feb 24 Don't know how Kotla pitch is going to play. If we rewind and go back to pre 2007, the pitch for odi's are slow and little low, and as history says, 230-240 is defendable. We have a brilliant game between World class bowling side of South Africa, and unpredictable Windies. Chanderpaul and Sarwan to shine in this, my wild guess 2. Sri Lanka vs Pakistan at Premdasa, Colombo on Feb 26 This will be a very exciting contest. I think pakistan will play Rehman in this and would have two spinners with Afridi being the first choice offcourse. Sri Lanka are favorites to start with, but if Misbah and Younis can tackle Murali and co well, I believe Pakistan can take this contest. 3. England vs South Africa at Chepauk, Chennai on March 6 This is going to be perhaps one of the best games of the touranment. I guess this will be Smith's century game or may be Kallis. Would be interesting to see how Eng middle order play against Steyn, Morkel. I believe England is a better bowling side than past english sides which has played in numerous diff wc. It's their bating which need to win it for them this game.
Watson87 Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Aus vs Sri Aus vs Pak Saf vs WI Wi vs Eng (support Kemar Roach off course)
jf1gp_1 Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 England Vs Bangladesh : english are the best players of spin and bangladesh condition support seam bowling should be some match to watch Pak vs kenya and Zim : this pak team is unpredictable in every sense even god doesnt have the big plan for this pak team which invents new ways of losing/winning games

Same English bowling was pummelled by India in 2008 5-0 whitewash and Steyn and Morkal may not be that big a threat on Indian Pitches...Morkal will do better than Steyn...Steyn has not been very good ODI bowler that is why he has played very few ODIs in 4 years...Morkal gets bounce and pace everywhere...he can be handy
