how is it fair that i (who can analyse the game seriously) watch on tv while you(who cares two hoots about cricket) are at the stadium???
On Topic: I bought Anna Karenina (Leo Tolstoy) and Crime and Punishment ( Fyedor Dostovesky) for 150 Rs from a street vendor. Since you are a serious analyst of the game, which one of the two should I take along so as to not get bored during the middle overs of the Sri Lankan innings? Factor the pitch condition in you answer. Kthnxbai

Damn you are wicked arent you :(( ... But if you ask anyone around here they will tell you that Iam more of a Test Match cricket fan ... and while you were eating sadela vada paavs in your 2 minute lunch break slaving away for a Gujju I waz watching The Great Man score a Double hundred and utterly pwn the Badass Aussies like only he can ... The 53 NOT OUT in the 2nd inngs to go with the winning runs to seal the Border Gavaskar Trophy at Chinnaswamy Stadium and become the only player to score 3000 runs plus avg 60 against the Aussies since WWII and ofcourse the only one to go past 14K Test Runs was just a bonus ... BTW this was the only occasion when SRT scored a double and a 50 in a match that we won ... And heres the ONLY checklist that matters You saw : About 2 overs of Goddy's Batting Me saw : About 2 days worth of Goddy's Batting You haz been pwned woman :hehe:

What do you mean by 'slaving away for a Gujju' Border? WWII? :D really? :giggle: In response to a WC final, which India won, you bring up some prehistoric test game against a minnow, which in all probability was viewed by only you and S=G. What songs did they play between overs? Did they play Singh is King? Did they play Chak de India? If they didn't you don't have any right to brag. BossBhai, the match you saw was a mere footnote. What I witnessed was an entire chapter in Indian cricketing history.

Test cricket is the "real" cricket. That prehistorinc test against some "minnow" was one of the best innings of the greatest batsman on earth.

It is the little footnotes that contribute towards the making of history. You just saw the end product (the WC Final), we have been seeing history in the making for the last 21 years :hatsoff:

India are going to win a test series against Australia in Australia this year. If you consider the test teams Tendulkar has been a part of, from those that got absolutely mauled (1999) to those that came close (2003) to being absolutely ****ing robbed (2007), this win is going to be up there with the absolute best. Being the test match lover BossBhai is, I'd suspect he'd rather be at Adelaide watching Tendulkar lift the series trophy on the Republic Day Test rather than be at Mumbai for the WC.
