asterix
 Are we lagging on the evolution chain as our neighbors are ? Some kid clocks speed and we're dedicating threads to him with some suggesting his inclusion in the national squad. Yeah!! Good thinking.. I don't know why people say that Indian bowling is weak..Even the Captain keeps on saying that our bowling is not up to the mark..Don't know how to resolve that issue.. Link to comment
The Outsider
Looks like ICF is about to climax into another collective orgasm after Atul Sharma. Link to comment
asterix
Jharkhand!! As they say, "Shadow below the lamp (Diya Taley Andhera)"..Dhoni might not know about him. Dhoni has never been a talent spotter. He might go on a goodwill gathering spree on surprise visits to National Games in Jharkhand and promise all the googy goodies..But to expect him to help fast track a good prospect from his own state, Jharkhand..It would be expecting too much from him.. putrevus
He has got the main skill which nobody in world can teach which is speed, He does not need to change anything, this action has got him so far if he is injured so be it, every fast bowler get injured that is part of their life. But Coaches like Venky should be kept away from him he will teach his slower ball , line and length stuff which he taught Ishant and see where it took him. He will learn skills as he gains experience. If you see Wasim Akram in early day all did was bowl fast and angle away from right handers. Link to comment
achilles
Countdown to Varun becoming a 130ks moped has begun. Lets hope it takes him atleast 4 years to lose his speed. This guy seems genuine, but so did Atul Sharma. Lets be careful. Link to comment

Dhoni is playing international cricket throughout the year - when was the last time he played for Jharkhand or got the time to play for Jharkhand? When will he do this 'talent spotting'? And if khuda na kare, he does fast track someone you'll be the first one to lay into him for showing favoritism. Link to comment

Clarke
Majority of Indian fans are Kangressi type..Remember those famous words, "Hum Dekhenge, Humaien Dekhna Hain, Hum Dekh Rahein Hain, Hum Dekhte Rahenge.." Most of the fans believe in "line, lenght, accuracy, medium pace..". yep, i'd have Glenn Mcgrath over any super phaasst bowler. Yeah!! Good thinking.. I don't know why people say that Indian bowling is weak..Even the Captain keeps on saying that our bowling is not up to the mark..Don't know how to resolve that issue.. If he's worth a place, he should be doing what the best bowlers do i.e. pick loads of wickets. Is that too much to ask for a place in the national squad ? Link to comment
