This is the 90s all over again. The Indian innings kind of followed the same pattern as the Semi Final match against Sri Lanka in 1996, although this was not as bad a collapse and 2 other batsmen also played decent.

Sachin is burning his blood in the WC as it is special for him.. ..and we have a ****ing egoistic, adamant, defensive, dickhead captain out there to screw up this WC.. Can BCCI step in and ask the team management not allow this dickhead of a captain to screw up this WC? Can BCCI make it mandatory that all off-field and onfield decisions be made IN CONSULTATION with Sachin? You cannot allow a fecking pathetic loser captain keep on screwing India and Sachin's chances in this WC.. BCCI, please step in and stop this pathetic, egoistic captain to further damage the chances of India and Sachin, in this WC..

Not sure what can be done about it, but Sachin's commitment, esp in World cups is beyond doubt and deserved all WCs in his pocket. May be that is a curse (incompetent team at crucial moments) he has to live with.

Man, you should've seen Sachin's commitment on the field..I feel for him..What else he needs to do? He was really working hard in the 3rd man area..At his age it take a lot..In batting he gave a perfect launching pad only to be screwd up by a pathetic captain by sending YP up the order and asking of a PP to be taken..

Not that I totally agree with all these OTT statements, but Sachin is really awesome in this worldcup. The way today's match went, it could very well have been script of a match some 15 years ago. Looking at this match, it seems like that nothing much have changed in all these years :-(

I dont have anything to say ... but dhoni is a sorry arrogant person... he is too egoistic... even in the presentation he was blaming the fielding.. and dint say anything about the batting collapse.. sachin doesnt deserve to play with these bunch of losers..

I agree with your thought. But I think it is an insult to Sachin to say that he is burning his in this WC as it is special for him. He has been burning his blood in all the world cups so far regardless of whether it was special to him ot not. His 2000 runs at an average of around 65 speaks volume about his performace in the world cups. But I do agree with your thought that Dhoni might just ruin it with his stubbornness to 'prove his points'.

Okay, maybe not special but he wants this WC to be his swansong..This is his last WC.. The way Dhoni is going about whith is onfiled and off-field experimentations, I'm afraid there's a strong possibility of Sachin missing out this landmark in his otherwise illustrious career..

India completely focussed on that tw*t Chawla losing focus on other areas. Now we are more clueless than we were 2 matches before. All the focus they put on giving confidence to chawla is coming back to bite us.
