ganeshran Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 As today's match showed, history doesnt count for anything. Team India should take one match at a time and not take Pakistan lightly. Till now in group stages and quarter finals they have played better than us and their bowling attack looks strong. So team India should work hard and go all guns blazing and not let any complacency set in because of our previous record against them in world cups.

Dooks Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 The only problem I have is that that odds are against us to win against Pak. We can't win all games against them. Also, they are a good unit under Afriturd now. No more infighting, etc.

I think that pakistans bowling attack is much better than the teams India have played so far( due to current form ). So will have to bowl well to win

I think it's the bowling that's hindering them from playing to their potential, but since it's an issue that's not going to be fixed anytime soon, I'm guessing we'll have to make do with whatever we have now.

Since then i have watched the Sohail Prasad video atleast a 100 times on youtube. What i dont know is who was the favorite then to win?

Combination of slow,low pitches and toss made their bowling look better than actually is. gul and Afretard their most successful bowlers have gotten thrashed so many times. They are under false illusion they have the best bowling attack. They keep forgetting 100 runs in 4.5 overs against NZ
