At one point, it looked like Jadeja would pull off a miracle. Good knock nonetheless. It's going to be a North vs South final clash. Yeah, he's got good timing (a bit agricultural at times) and can be a good replacement for Jadeja for them in IPL. Now I hope people dont say that Shane Warne discovered talents like Maneria, Rahane, and Chahar once they start doing well for RR. IMO, he's a good FC batsman but in ODI's, the #7 spot isn't for him. Ideally, you want someone who can hit out at that position and Jadeja hasn't done much to take that #7 spot. Someone like him would be better batting up the order but there's no space.

Its not his contribution to find likes of Kamran Khan who will play for Pune this year. His progress will be interesting to watch.
