Avg of 56 and a s/r of 96 in his latest phase. I actually think that he can step that up easily if he wants to. His s/r is incredibly high even though he bats in a controlled fashion these days without getting into top gear (still scores of 163, 175 and 200 since 2009). I wonder if we will see a different Tendulkar in ODIs after the WC. Pressure off now and he might look to play an even more aggressive game. No reason to change anything since it's working but I was just wondering.

I'd back our current team to win from that situation. It wasn't a huge score at all and a pretty good batting surface. Back then, I felt that the game was gone. Batting order was an epic failure. Sehwag and Tendulkar batting at 3 and 4. :hysterical:
