Why are Jews so smart?

I mean there are only around 15mil. Jews in the world and most of them are successful and smart. They are the ones that own the World. All major companies are owned by Jews like Disney, Coca Cola, Starbucks, Gap, Old Navy,FB and Six Jewish Companies own 96% of the World’s Media and much more. Jews dominate Hollywood,World Affairs,America. 29% of the Nobel Laureates are Jews. Jews have always dominated the chess scene. Their IQ is much much much greater than other ethnic populations. IT IS STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.

Most of the jews I know are from Israel as I have lot of Israeli friends. They tare the most hardworkign people I have ever seen. Something what I learned from them was "Force of attraction" Whatever you want, you will get it. But you need to really to believe that you can do it. Stay positive. Thats one of the reasons why I am so positive in real life. Even in the most toughest situation, you gotta feel you can do it.

You have a strange habit of making wild extrapolations to push your point. More often than not they are inaccurate. Jews are really hardworking and enterprising people so they are able to push well above their weight. to add to that, the ethnic persecution under Nazi Germany taught them not to take anything for granted.

Please dont compare the Jews with a money minting cunning business community . The Jews are not only Intelligent , Rich , Successful but along with that they are a brave lot who are fiercest defenders of there faith and country . The reality is quite to the contrary. I know two Parsis very well. One stays in my building and the other is my school mate and childhood friend. Both of them have younger siblings who became a little mad as their age progressed. They aren't clinically retarded, but they do have violent mood swings and near schizophrenic behaviour. A doctor once told me that its mainly because of consanguineous marriages between Parsis that many of the dormant genes that are recessive and harmful are compounder and become active i.e non dormant. Thats why many Parsi children have weaker immunity and also tend to have some mental problems. And with a diminishing gene pool, the community will face these problems for some time to come. Things will be a lot worse for them before they become any better.* * all these are the words of that doctor. Any errors in biology/genetics are because of my not so strong understanding of the subject.

This is what I find very baffling. Jews are followers of Judaism. They are not an ethnicity. There are Jews who share their ethnicity with the Arabs. There are 'white' Jews. There are Jews here in Mumbai who speak and look Marathi. There are Black Jews. etc So the purported smartness is not ethnicity related. Like Hindus, Christians and Muslims, there is no such typecast ethnicity to define them. The smartness may have more to do with their religion or history.
