Dhoni risks ban for slow Indian over-rates

Once he gets banned' date=' we will see how much we miss him. I'm pretty sure the WKeeping and Captaincy will improve..[/quote'] You're talking about a captain who just won the World Cup 3 months ago, got the team to # 1 in Tests in the world and had won the T20 WC on captaincy debut without any senior players. Whatever decisions he made in this test (like picking Bhajji yet again), he still remains the best captain.

:--D Maybe a new captain won't pick an underperforming Bhajji
Either way, it'll be a positive change..If Bhajji plays, he'll get better field setting and WK will not drop chances off him.. If Bhajji doesn't plays, it'll be a huge plus.. :two_thumbs_up:

india took 7 wickets and I think wickets count as one over I think...and there were few sidescreen issue, english batsman taking drinks break..

Dhoni was denied any rest by BCCI. He does things in his own way. mahi way.:winky:
Dhoni stayed away from the WI ODI series. BCCI obviously accepted that request

No, he wanted to have a holiday series in Caribbean, BCCI didn't gave him permission and asked him to take a break..

Dhoni might just get away with the ban. I guess he was not slow today. But the over rate is calculated for whole match. Not sure if he made up for the past deficit or not.

overall - just like ponting a few good players hide his poor captaincy.

Folks have faith in Dhoni... ppl were gunning for his head during the world cup as well and look how it turned out! Let's wait and watch the series. The series scoreline is still 0-0 with 0 tests finished - way too early to jump the gun.
