BCCI agreed to using Hot spot and because they are not convinced with Hawk eye(which a lot of people are not) they dont want to use it. What's the point in suggesting that BCCI doesnt want technology so they can protect Indian batsmen from being given lbws ? Its blackmailing and below the belt tactics.
