bihutoli Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 You didn't collect your Rx135..:WTF: Its difficult to buy a used Yamaha Rx bikes these days as they are in huge demand here in India. I mean you need to shell out 15K-20K for 10 years old RX-100. You must be pretty rich man. Yeah, don't tell me about it. Let's just say I was free and unencumbered then! Things have changed significantly since. The RX series is really gold!

Mariyam Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 My sister was gifted a 'fairy set' for her 8th birthday. It included a magic wand, a hair band with shiny stars, a shiny watch, a waist coat with wings attached and a pen that wrote in very bright green ink. I was so much in love with that set, but my sister refused to give it to me, even for a few moments, me being the younger and the careless one. One day when she went to school, I stole the hair band and the pen and took it to my neighbours home (they had a girl about my age) to show it off. We made a lot of drawings with that pen. Scheming with her, I hid the pen and the hair band with her. I went back home as if everything was normal, but when my sister came back home she raised a huge hue and cry. She was very upset.Eventually my dad bought her and me another set. I'm sure they found out that I stole hers, but no one said anything. I still have guilt pangs about that. :((

Mariyam Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 ^ Did you ever speak to her about it? I mean after growing up. I did. But by that time, I knew that its a minor offense under the IPC which is bailable. :P I confessed a few days before she got married. She pretended as if she didn't know what I was talking about and gave me that 'don't waste time here, there is still so much work to do, the wedding is just a few days away' look and shrugged it off. But I'm sure she knew.
akshayxyz Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Last year, on one of those hot summer nights, I kept the balcony door open. In the morning, for a moment I was confused to see my jeans and contents of wallet scattered near the door to bathroom, as I did not remember getting drunk or anything. Obviously some thief had sneaked in, and took away about 5-7K of cash. All the electronic items (laptops, camera etc.) were left untouched - one of the laptop was just a week old!. Another pleasant surprise - he was nice enough to carefully leave (intentionally!) one 100 Rs note, near the wallet/jeans. Looked like some thief with 'values'!!
