Temujin Khaghan Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Clarke's Three Laws are three "laws" of prediction formulated by the British writer and scientist Arthur C. Clarke. They are: When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is very probably wrong. The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. "There's no such thing as miracles or the supernatural, only cutting-edge technology." - H.Kojima ============== So acc. to him that makes GOD a space engineer or GOD is an organisation with the universal-state-of-art space scientists.
Sooda Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 What it boils down to is this- If you had a choice who would you rather have at your side in a super battle- Iron Man or Dr Strange?

Temujin Khaghan Posted August 4, 2011 Author Posted August 4, 2011 What it boils down to is this- If you had a choice who would you rather have at your side in a super battle- Iron Man or Dr Strange? interesting point is there are two types of superheroes... the guys who are 'given' powers like - thor, superman, wolverine etc... guys who work their asses off to be super - ironman, batman so if you take ironman he is doing stuff which is as good as any god like thor or superman which makes his technology = magic of a god better still hulk will kick superman's ass anyday technology>magic

Quite true. Magic is just phenomena that can't be explained by present knowledge of science. Simplicity itself.

Guest Gunner Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 :WTF: Each and every magic trick can be explained by 50 yr old science..whatchu talking abt :nervous: Well what he means is phenomena unexplained by the state of the art of science would have been labelled "magic" by our less evolved ancestors.
punjabi_khota Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Well what he means is phenomena unexplained by the state of the art of science would have been labelled "magic" by our less evolved ancestors. So he repeated the OP with his trademark homogiri and hippie language.
