Cricketics Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I mean there is a thing called rubbing it in and there is a thing called being ridiculous. Like how Steve Harmison's baby sitter - Tim Bresnan is dishing out that Indian should go back home and stuff. I think there won't be a better time to reply them. They might become no. 1 now, but they have already gotten arrogant. You have all rights to rub it in but no be arrogant. These home jerks won't do anythign when they tour India and Sri Lanka, even in Abu Dhabi I doubt. It will be great if Indians can keep them on field for a long long time and somehow save this one. All the best to Indian team . Big task ahead, hopeffuly the scums like bresnan get to field all day.
kabira Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I don't mind Bresnan's comment. Fair Enough. But he should also comment on his teammate literally going home before the crucial world cup game. They have few brats like KP, Bresnan, Broad etc. But I like strauss, he is respectable captain.
Deleted_User_1 Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Well they are backing it up with performance. A sure Indian loss tomorrow. This batting will not last the 4th day.
Trichromatic Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 No, I don't see any difference between their attitude earlier and now. It's the defeat which will make it look like as if their arrogance has increased. If they had lost, then you won't even bother about it. I mean it's just what they have been doing for long time.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Was there ever a time when Brits weren't arrogant :haha:
yoda Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Was there ever a time when Brits weren't arrogant :haha: ++ They are arrogant when they lose, you expect them to be humble now?
vamos_rafa Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 They always were arrgoant. Nothing new there.
nsareen Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 The indians allowed the arrogance to build on. A Scathing reply with performances would have shut them up, but it's not unto the Indians i guess
Midfielder Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 They have every right to be arrogant. You humiliate no 1 team in the world you are the top dog.
GrassHoppers Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 They're called pompous poms for a reason, in their defense they've earned the right by thrashing a No.1 team like a village XI.
phaedrus Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 they have every right to brag, unfortunately. as i said earier, their talk has been backed by performances. we need to show heart today and score runs. come on, a 300+ score would be a start. if we dont suffer an innings defeat, it would be good. dont see either happening unfortunately. its been one of those series.
tapish Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I don't mind Bresnan's comment. Fair Enough. But he should also comment on his teammate literally going home before the crucial world cup game. They have few brats like KP, Bresnan, Broad etc. But I like strauss, he is respectable captain. thats cuz the others are doing the talking. he has nothing left to be said cuz others are in full swing (with others i mean the commies) but yeah strauss is a very modest captain unlike smith who keeps his mouth open even though his form is worse than ****
vayuu1 Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Indian team worst then sheepish dog says daily mail. guys enough is enough i mean wining does'nt mean u got right to say and use such pathetic words, saying that they know why dravid is called the wall cause ball bounce's of his hand .there is a limit. I hope somebody gives poms beating of lifetime .
Cricket Tragic Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 It's the Daily Fail. That would be like crying over what is said on India TV. /thread
Trichromatic Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Did you really need to create a thread for this?
vamos_rafa Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Koi na yaar... Leme tell you sometihng brother.. This attitude of their's won't take them too far. India has been graceful #1s backing it up with performance. IT's just 1 series. We have to be supportive of our team right through. They have given us many moments to feel proud of like: A Sachin's straight drive, Sehwag's uppar cut, RD's rock solid defence, VVS' silky wrists, Gambo's grit, MSD's helicopter shot and super cool attitude and ofcourse the WC wining shot. Let the dogs bark. We know our worth. :isalute:
