But the team and bcci definitely need to go back to the drawing board, and learn from this. And learnings from this may include - IPL contribution to fatigue, scheduling, better pitches for domestic matches, better preparation, more warmup matches in away tours, injury management, bcci being less greedy etc etc. Every single player had to be at absolute best of their form and fitness to match this England. Unfortunately lot of bad things came at the same time. If only India had put them on the field for 2 days on the trot atleast once their bowlers would not be this fresh. We are yet to cross 300 in the last 6 tests.

BCCI should start punishing players with performance bonus clauses. 6.Tendulkar , Laxman , Dhoni should stand up ther should be at least 250 runs between these 3 players in a test match. India players selected to represent their country in England are Humiliating and embarrassing the Billions of Indians around the world !!
