Ive seen srikanth wagh but how good is Pawan suyal? Also what about sourabh netravalker?
netravalkar has pace of ganguly and is too young. Suyal is good according to Aakash Chopra, bowls over 135 and a left armer who swings the ball, had hattrick last year in ranji.

mohd zahid's career was destroyed by then captain rameej raja. he played in a test even with leg injury that later ruled him out for years and it wasted his precious cricketing years. It had nothing to do with his action.
yes, but zahid bowled quick with that action and unadkat didnt. The similar action cannot make a bowler to bowl at same pace. Its more than that.

The point i am trying to make is that the bowler who doesnt bowl quick is not gonna improve his pace esp if he is a veggie.
there is a lot of difference between an 18 year old immature bowler and a 24 year old bowler. strength certainly gets better.

Isnt unadkat 20 now? Imran did remodelled his action and bowled quick. Some action suits players to bowl quick which was the case for zahid although he lasted only few weeks. Ishant was quick when he was 20 and i dont think unadkat has the potential to be a succesfull international bowler. sorry.

Zaheer is just about finished. He will be an IPL/Champions League player only by the time of the Australia tour.
I've not seen Zaheer set IPL/Champions League on fire in the past years, he will be shunted out of those teams too if he stays unfit like he has.

Yeah, he will be 33 this year and that is roughly the age when Indian seamers have finished in the past. I guess he could play a year or two if he works on his fitness and focuses on one format. Not going to happen though.

Zaheer should just play tests imo, because they are few and there are long gaps in between. That is if he keeps himself fit in those gaps, it'd be real bad to lose him at this moment, he had just started to become one of India's best pacers, he can still do it for a year or 2 I think but only if he plays tests.

He should try to elongate his career and stay away from IPL. I don't think India will groom another leader of attack in 2 years.

Star Cricket is showing BAN vs ENG highlights, Rubel consistently bowling 88-90mph, He hurried Jonathan Trott, guy is 1 feet shorter than Ishant and only 21yrs of age. :giggle: From wiki - "Rubel can consistently deliver good pace and bounce, and once clocked 92.9 mph (149.5 km/h) during a practice game for the 2009 ICC World Twenty20." :cantstop: He doesnt have cricketing brain though. :haha: Such bowlers under right coaching and fitness regime can be an asset.

I for one feel that this veggie theory is highly absurd. Lets see - All that non-veg provides for athletes is protein. Me being an athlete myself, I fulfill my need with egg whites and not beef or chicken. Beef has just too much calorie and mutton has too much red meat. Only chicken breast and fishes are ideal for protein. But egg whites will give you more protein and less calorie than them. Also, there are whey proteins available in the market and it has been there for years. All the body builders have used whey protein for years and I cant believe if someone says that Indian fast bowlers are not aware of it. So you really do not need to be a non vegetarian to gain all that lean muscle. All this absurd remarks that Waqar , Imran , Sanjay Manjrekar have made about Indians not eating meat is a whole lot of Sheet ! I cant believe a legend like Imran can speak such stupid stuff ! If eating meat and being beefy and strong was a requirement for bowling genuine pace, Andrew Symonds would have been a 175 kph bowler. So obviously its not about that. I have always maintained its the work ethics and a will to do better and that is what is missing in Indian bowlers. Ask RTK his experience with Indian fast bowlers and athletes and he will agree with me when I say the general standard of Indian athletes is very poor. Nobody pushes themselves. And amongst these athletes you will find a couple of above average athletes who perform better than others and are treated like Gods in their states/ India. But once they go abroad, they realize that the international standard is way different and they are not up to the mark.

The reason why i prefer non veg is not only because of protein, it gives u testosterone. Testosterone is what makes a person aggressive naturally. Boys get a particualar amount of testosterone when u r in ur mom's womb(Google it). Testosterone is very important for building muscle and it helps u to reduce excess fat as well. Now the problem with veg food is u dont get much testosterone from it. There are very less veg food which gives testoserone. U can balance testoserone by eating non veg. Beef has a very high amount of testoserone, but most of us dont eat beef, so i prefer eating oyesters(i was a pace bowler in my college team) which has higher amount of testoserone. Testosterone is a very important factor for building twitch muscle. Now the problem is u r not allowed to take testosterone pills as an athelete. Thats y i ask pace bowlers to eat beef or oyesters which has a very hight amount of testosterone. If u r training to become a pace bowler do try to eat beef or oyesters. This is my humble request. Thx.:icflove::icflove:

An article indicating Testosterone in Veggie Foods There are also high testosterone food items that are not considered meats. Beans are an ideal part of the testosterone increasing diet with their high zinc content. Nuts are also high in zinc and are a good dietary inclusion. In the grains family, whole grains and fortified cereals are very high in zinc and therefore are good choices. Finally, many dairy products are testosterone enhancing foods. Milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese are all high in zinc and ideal if you're looking for so called testosterone food. In conclusion, if you are suffering from low levels of testosterone, one of the best things you can do is include high testosterone foods in your day to day life. Focusing on ensuring that you have a good testosterone diet is a simple way to avoid problems related to low testosterone.
