I was on the morning flight from bombay to chennai and they served something that had gone a bit off. I called the hostess and returned it and told her that it seemed to be a little stale and refused to take a replacement. The next week on the same flight after the meal a hostess walked up and asked me if the food was alright and to my liking. This was economy and a completely different crew. The only explanation was that they can take notes on their ERP. And since I have a ff membership my history could be tracked. So one can only assume that the previous flight attendant had recorded my complaint and this was flagged up on the system during this flight. I thought it was a wonderful application of technology that delivered a great customer experience.

When I was in HR I had 0% attendance with a bunch of 4-5 others, and Anila Pillai (b!tch!) had dragged us to Shahani, who turned out to be an angel and very politely asked us to start attending without giving us any rapta :cantstop: She's done a lot for that college. And I did BMM (Advertising) from Xavier's after JC coz I realized how much I hated Commerce and couldn't be damned to pursue it. Hope Gunner doesn't mind us taking this thread off course for a bit. Yes she is very sweet :icflove: We (CA students) also have very less attendance, and uptil date, I have had no issues with the attendance thingy. She knows that other courses are more important than attending lectures in Sr College, an studies for those can be done during exam days too. But if you have a poor attendance coupled with poor marks, she definitely gives you a warning with a KT (Repeat the exam). You did BMM from Xavier's ? Wow thats amazing, and even I seriously hope that Goona doesn't mind we going a little offtopic here

Indu was awesome. I spent more time in HR than in JH:haha: At that time, the dosawala was outside the college, but she took him in.. officially in the canteen.
