He trained Jadeja for almost 8 months before the World Cup, told him he'll be picked in Feb, didn't back him and went for his buddy Chawla, and has now suddenly picked Jadeja again. This guy is quite ridiculous. Politician douchebag of the highest order. How do you come up with this kind of BS so often?

Ashwins batting very good yesterday i have a lot of time for Ashwin. very good player. not the most talented spinner, but very fearless and accurate. loved his batting yesterday as well, i didnt know he had it in him but it was great to see the indian tail remaining just as strong as it was when harbhajan was there. jadeja on the other hand, i STILL don't rate. nice performance yesterday but let's keep things in perspective. english batsmen, particularly this new crop of naturalised saffies/kiwis/etc. like keysweater and ben stokes haven't got a clue how to play spin. some of these kolpak and english players give the impression that they have never seen a ball turn in their life. no wonder murali kartik is ripping county cricket apart. jadeja bowled a nice spell, but this doesn't prove a great deal. his bowling was always a good containment option and little more. his fielding is excellent, can't deny that. his batting is the big question mark. india is a 7 batsmen team, always have been and always will be. india use guys like raina or dhoni at 7, that's the benchmark. the guy accumulated good runs yesterday but he had time toplay himself in. he has played innings like these before against SL, Nz and australia. we know he can accumulate over a long period and hit out a bit at the end. but most of the time, he will be walking in with 10 overs remaining. can he hit a quick 30 or 40 in that situation? can he target a bowler and get us a big over when we need it? can he hold his nerve in a chase? can he run properly betwen the wickets? the guy is terrible judge of a run. i dont give a damn about what he did in the substandard IPL, he has yet to prove that he can pinch hit at the end of an innings, yet to prove he can finish a chase. those are the two jobs he will be doing most of the time, in addition to bowling 10 overs (which he can do most times reasonably well). he has a lot to prove.
