King Tendulkar Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Vinny Kumar picked ahead of him.:haha: So much for Fletchers mantara of pace pace and more pace. Looks like we see vinny as man for future as these bowlers protect dhonis weak hands
gaurav92 Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Vinny Kumar picked ahead of him.:haha: So much for Fletchers mantara of pace pace and more pace. Looks like we see vinny as man for future as these bowlers protect dhonis weak hands How come his hands are weak now that he is married ? :dontknow:
SachDan Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Dhoni, what a tool? even in an inconsequential match not giving a chance to your paciest bowler a go? :hysterical::hysterical:
vvvslaxman Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I don't think they rate him much based on how he goes in the nets. That is the only explanation.
fineleg Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 You folks should have realized it when Kaptaan Kool picked Kaanfidenshe Chawla for several WC matches. Dhoni is a
akshayxyz Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 This is too much...who is kooooooomaaaaar's godfather...
Cricket Tragic Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I don't think they rate him much based on how he goes in the nets. That is the only explanation. Yeah, looks like it. If they had been really impressed by what they saw, he would have played.
fineleg Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I don't think they rate him (Varun Aaron) much based on how he goes in the nets. That is the only explanation. Do they rate Vinay Steyn Kooomar in the nets? :giggle:
gaurav92 Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 SO Vinay Koomaarrrrrrrrrr must be a beast in the nets :woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot:
vvvslaxman Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Do they rate Vinay Steyn Kooomar in the nets? :giggle: certainly above Varun by the look of it.
SachDan Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I don't think they rate him much based on how he goes in the nets. That is the only explanation. Yeah' date=' looks like it. If they had been really impressed by what they saw, he would have played.[/quote'] If even Vinay Kumar looks better than Varun, then Varun should have a serious re-think on his cricketing career :giggle:
asterix Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 :hysterical: Very happy that Koooomaar has been selected..They went with the "experienced" bowling attack.. :phehehe:
Cricket Tragic Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Nah, it's an Indian thing where they will always pick the chap with more "experience" no matter how useless or little it is.
SachDan Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Do they rate Vinay Steyn Kooomar in the nets? :giggle: or may be a reward for getting batsmen back in to form :cantstop:
kubrickian Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 No excuse for this crap decision. This is an inconsequential game and top of that, it may also get washed out. The least they could have done is given Varun a chance to bowl in conditions which may suit his bowling. What do we have to lose ? Now they will get him to bowl in flat, batting tracks in India where all and sundry will smash him all over the park and he will lose all his confidence. This is what always happens to talented fast bowlers in India. The management just doesnt know how to handle them.
fineleg Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 M$D has lost it Who is an alternative for ODI captain? (Someone dont suggest Bhajji! please :D)
Number Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Dhoni should not cry after every match that we don't have a bowler who can bowl at 140kmph.
King Tendulkar Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 How come his hands are weak now that he is married ? :dontknow: What his marriage got to do with it?:haha: But his hands through lots of cricket are documeted not to be in good shape. Viiny may bowl better in this game then Aaoron. But for the future, pacey varun is the one and this game could have been start of his learning curve. Terrible selection to leave him out.
