Å*ook, there will be a certain percentage of those fellows who will never go on to be anything, and it will probably be the bulk of them. The important thing is to get the fellows who are really good, moving up the line quickly so that they donÃÕ stagnate. Kohli was pretty similar when he first came, used to play lot of airy shots and get out. Kohli learnt that. They way Unmukt has played, he has already learnt that.

Few dismissals like that won't change. We cannot automatically assume every single potential will shape up exactly the same way Kohli or Tendulkar.

He's laughing at the fact that Unmukt will be "better than Kohli" and has "high confidence" just because he writes a dairy/auto-biography :giggle:

Between go to any high school and you will see bunch of kids keeping diaries. Doesn't make them Tendulkars and Chands. Just because you may not have met many of them, it becomes a 'never-heard-of' thing for you. :facepalm: And he does not get any special powers by maintaining a diary; if that would be the case, then Akash Chopra would have been a Bradman by now.
