Sid Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Wow he is very similar to Zak, doesnt look quick though.
Number Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Pakistan has become a factory of left armers. Those angled deliveries coming slightly in after pitching are pretty good. Looks like some batsmen don't rate him at all :--D, slogging against a good bowler .. Afridi style.
Trichromatic Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Whenever I visit cricinfo profile of a bowler, I check their FC averages. Most of the Pakistani bowlers who get chance in international cricket have "normal" averages i.e. around 25. Best ones are around 20. Most of the Indian bowlers have their averages around 27-30 and for SL bowlers it's 30-35. Btw, last video - is that a grassy pitch?
Hur Rizvi Posted October 18, 2011 Author Posted October 18, 2011 Wow he is very similar to Zak' date=' doesnt look quick though.[/quote'] Yup not much pace ... Relies more on swing and seam but he has been remarkably consistent
Cricket Tragic Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 What happened to the beast Mohammad Irfan?
Trichromatic Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 What happened to the beast Mohammad Irfan? He makes good paan.
Laaloo Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 What happened to the beast Mohammad Irfan? Since his tailunt didn't work out, he became a tailunt spotter at the padosi site.
Blue Panther Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 U can't take anything away from pakis in this dept. They produce lot of quality pace bowlers.
Cricket Tragic Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Since his tailunt didn't work out' date=' he became a tailunt spotter at the padosi site.[/quote'] :WTF: :cantstop:
ganeshran Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 This guy is getting very good late movement with the ball coming back into the right hander (2nd video) and staying its course (4th video). The action is also quite simple. Definitely deserves a chance in the international side

ganeshran Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Pakistan already have 2 left armers so he has to wait till one of them is banned. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: :hatsoff:
Trichromatic Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Pakistan already have 2 left armers so he has to wait till one of them is banned. Yeah, with Wahab and Junaid already in the national side, it's very unlikely that he will get enough chances. Both are good bowlers.
