What rubbish are you talking about. Didn't you see Yadav troubled most of their batsmen and hurried for pace in all the matches. He could have easily got 2-3 wickets. His average speed was over 142K and apart from Finn, no England bowler bowled faster than him in whole series. His fastest was 148K yesterday. He is as quick as any in wold cricket right now. Check Yadav's FC stat and he has very decent FC stats if you want to look at. Regarding flat tracks, everyone is taken for runs on these pitches. This is the learning curve for these guys.

^ RKT, some people have this habit of thinking opposite to others even when it's not needed. Forget speed, fast bowling or anything. Even if Yadav was just a normal medium fast bowler, his domestic stats is good enough to give him a chance in international matches. Matches : 20 Wickets : 69 Average : 25.91 BBI : 7/74 which is quite good. Forget all the hypothetical hype which is giving sleepless nights to haters and tell me how a bowler who has done well in FC matches doesn't deserve chance. It's not that he has entered in the team without good performances and denied other more deserving bowlers a chance.

Yes, had gone for runs, but there was no lack of intent in his bowling. As I said, he could easily have 203 wickets on any other day, but it was not his day, so many ball went to four through edges, inside edges.

Mithun to replace injured Umesh Yadav

Fast bowler Umesh Yadav has injured his left hand and will be replaced by Abhimanyu Mithun in India's squad for the last two ODIs against England. Umesh hurt the webbing on his hand while stopping a shot from Jonathan Trott at short fine leg during the last over of England's innings in the third ODI in Mohali. MS Dhoni, the India captain, had confirmed the injury after the match and the BCCI have now announced Mithun as Umesh's replacement. Though he was expensive in the last two games, Umesh impressed with his pace over the series, and took two wickets in each of the first two matches. India also have Varun Aaron, the 21-year-old fast bowler, in the ODI squad. Aaron was on the limited-overs leg of India's tour of England as well, but did not get a game. Umesh's injury means he might make an international debut. Mithun has played four Tests and two ODIs for India but appeared to have fallen out of favour after an ordinary tour of the West Indies.

From Dodda Ganesh to David Johnson and now the latest entrant Aravind. PS: Why they did not pick Nechim for the 2 ODIs? We all saw how much difference he made for MI in CL? Especially if Aravind is picked for T20, why not Nechim, the guy has some talent and pace to him.
