Cricket Tragic Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 I want england to be humiliated they gave us grief behaved with sheer arrogance its time to pay back. Have to wait till the end of next year for that.
Trichromatic Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Have to wait till the end of next year for that. 4 innings losses, anything less than that won't be enough. But England won't be no 1 team by then and it won't be same type of humiliation.

Indian conditions don't make innings victories possible unless one team is totally outplayed and I don't see that happening. England won't be unprepared and unfit like we were

A drawn series would be a poor result for us at home.
rkt.india Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Not really. A drawn series would be a poor result for us at home. He meant England not winning any test. India must win the series whether it is whitewash or not.
Cricket Tragic Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 He meant England not winning any test. India must win the series whether it is whitewash or not. 0-0 would be them not winning any test but it would be a poor result for us.
rkt.india Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 0-0 would be them not winning any test but it would be a poor result for us. Did you read further what I wrote further?..i wrote India must win the series whether it is whitewash or not. India winning series cannot be 0-0.
Cricket Tragic Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Did you read further what I wrote further?..i wrote India must win the series whether it is whitewash or not. India winning series cannot be 0-0. But PJ didn't mention that in his post and that is what we're talking about.
Sachinism Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 CT I assumed its a given I would be saying India will win :p 0-0 would be horrible. Meant we win the series and them going home with 0 wins would be good enough
