Nova Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Anyone watched the first two episodes of Better Call Saul? Watched the first episode. Looks good but too early to judge. Breaking Bad's cinematography was amazing, was expecting something similar from BCS.
bulbul Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Anyone watched the first two episodes of Better Call Saul? Both episodes are good, not out and out comedy. Stunning visuals and technique as in BB. Couple of BB favorite supporting characters are already appeared :two_thumbs_up:

Big fan of The Bridge and Spiral. :nice: You might like Happy Valley and Hanzawa Naoki.

zen Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 A couple of shows that I forgot to mention - Hannibal and House of Cards. Again both of them are excellent shows
G_B_ Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Batman without batman? That sounds lame young batsman.... though he is one whiney kid in that show. I know they made him weak (physically) on purpose but damn is he annoying.
bulbul Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 young batsman.... though he is one whiney kid in that show. I know they made him weak (physically) on purpose but damn is he annoying. Show is running on Penguin's shoulder so far....Gordon & Bullock are also good.
G_B_ Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Show is running on Penguin's shoulder so far....Gordon & Bullock are also good. agree. surprised they went with penguin. Thought they would go with joker. I think we have just seen his entry.
zen Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Broadchurch is another good show in the crime/mystery genre
FischerTal Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Watched the first season of dexter, it's a good show but doesn't live up to the hype for me
MK55 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Watched the first season of dexter' date=' it's a good show but doesn't live up to the hype for me[/quote'] It is quite slow at times. It gets a bit better in the later seasons. 1st season was bad and focused more upon building the character of Dexter
FischerTal Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 It is quite slow at times. It gets a bit better in the later seasons. 1st season was bad and focused more upon building the character of Dexter for me it got too predictable in the first season. knew it from beginning that rudy was the ice truck killer. i have watched the second season midway. its way better. there is still suspense there but there is much more to offer IMO. all the characters really gel well and its interesting to see how the relationships change. its easily relatable
