Stats of all Indian batsmen are inflated because of the regular SL bashings that they hand out,no fault of theirs,the point im trying to make is Gambhir cannot be dropped in ODI's unless he fails completely in a series but in Tests and T20's there's a valid reason to drop him care to find out Rohit's average excluding WI?:giggle:

He is worried about getting late while playing pacers on fuller deliveries. His backlift now reminds of Akash Chopra. Let him play bowlers like Kulasekra, Thisara who neither have pace or bounce, he will thrive on them.

The last domestic match he played was in 2008. With KKR out of the CLT20, he should comeback to India to play for North Zone and Delhi to regain his form in the longer version.

Would you like to give some examples? Rohit is not considered very good ODI player and his place is not fixed like Gambhir's. While Gambhir has almost always been part of the team whenever he is fit, Rohit has played only 85 ODIs in more than 5 years. He is very fragile against good pace bowling.
