It is not that these people started doing this only for tv show.... however weird, sick it may seem - these things/skills are picked up at very young age, and yes oohs and aahs from street audience in starting further encourage them to continue doing that.

I was watching this vid on youtube and reading comments there and I found many many negative comments there especially from Indians, instead of appreciating this rare talent.
