Jelly Bean is the most used Android OS - and its just one version before Kitkat. Also, the fault in that lies with the manufactures, not google.

Beat that Btw my phone will get update within 3 months of release and I will also get enhancement by HTC and in the mean time before update my Google Apps will keep updating and works g like always with new Ui.... And from now on do not troll with me... I am asking u nicely last time and I requested u before too If you want entertainment please do not break trust of someone cos of it
