ShebbySB Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 The Baloch people actually hate Pakis & they want to get rid of that failed state. I know lot of Pakis will bring about the "Kashmir issue" but no Indian state will actually want to be a free nation coz India's evergrowing economic status binds the nation as one.The small & poor countries like Nepal,Bhutan,Bangladesh will probably follow the path of Sikkim in future. We know how many Nepalis & Bangladeshis cross the border & enter India for better lives. So while we'll see a Greater & Bigger India future we might not see any Pakistan.Their political status with the USA might cost them bad. They might also get divided into as many as 4 countries in Balochistan, Sindh,Punjab & Pashtunistan(the disputed area of Pakistan near the Afgan border).
Clarke Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 None of our business. I would prefer Balochis figure out the answers with Pak govt (not the army) and the same with Kashmir valley & India as well without external interference.
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 What a silly thread:haha: Balochis are patriotic Pakistanis. Sure they've been deprived of attention by the Federal, but there's nothing negotiation won't put right. Clarke has summed it up nicely :two_thumbs_up:
1983-2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 none of our business, let the balochis and pak government sort it out
chainsmoker Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Definitely a matter to keep an eye on. I am sure Indian Govt would be keeping an eye on this matter. 'None of our buisness' is not an answer. In todays world, you have to keep an eye on weak links of the opposition nations and try to exploit that whenever needed. Same goes with china. I really wonder why India accepted Tibet as a part of china, whereas china don't want to compromise on Kashmir part that it has and now even trying to interfere in Arunachal Pradesh as well.
Stuge Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Its upto baloch and pak to solve it .I will rather not poke my nose in their matter .
surajmal Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 an indian government (with balls) would be doing a tit for tat in balochistan. Let Pakis have a taste of their own medicine for once. Is that too much to ask?
ViruRulez Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Does not matter to me if Kashmir does not matter to Pakis. As simple as that. If there is too much poking again by Pakis on Kashmir then I won't mind the Indian govt. poking Pakis on Balochistan. Same goes with China. Till the time China does not poke too much on Arunachal or other BS, no need to worry about Tibet or South China sea countries. Once they do we will also start poking. Tit for tat is the diplomatic way to go. As of now, all of South Asia and for that matter should end all their disputes and make all the temporary borders permanent borders. Enough of money and blood spent in the whole of Asia on these issues whereas those could be utilized in further development of the region.

Rest I agree. But Tibet is important.
chainsmoker Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Can anyone tell me why India compromised on Tibet? I have seen on few stages where some officials actually regretting this decision of India compromising on Tibet. I have seen this on some news channel discussions
achilles Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 This thread would have served a great purpose in the greenlands of the interwebs. On topic, Yes.
ViruRulez Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Ehh!! Tibet situation is not quite the same as others. Rest I agree. But Tibet is important. From national interest point of view, be honest. Do you think we can liberate Tibet by any chance without direct confrontation? The simple answer is NO. So, I am not the supporter of fighting over it. I am one of the biggest admirers of Dalai Lama but cribbing over Tibet will not go anywhere to be honest. If they poke in either Arunachal or Kashmir then we need to poke in Tibet and South China Sea. Similarly, if Pakis poke on Kashmir too much then poke them on Balochistan. As simple as that. And the sooner the present borders are made international borders the better it is for the region as a whole. But I doubt it would happen anytime soon. So, the poking tit for tat game would continue for several decades if not centuries.

Yes, it is important, not just for what it represents but also the fact they are more closely tied to India than China. All of them speak hindi. Not to mention the Buddhism connection. I am not saying India should fight to get that region, but we should fight to protect its autonomy, it culture, its religion. Even Tibet does not mind being a part of China given the above conditions.
NeutralCat Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 Unfortunately India wasn't strong enough to protect Tibet, if India were strong during that time Tibet would be a free/independent country and allied with India.

ViruRulez Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Just watched a documentary the other day on Youtube. Here is the one and quite cool and impartial documentary from Aljazeera on how they are being treated like sh!t and opporessed by Pakistan. R4aTxF3xjWA But having said that, I would personally always use it as a diplomatic tit-for-tat point if I was in govt. If they mess and destabilize Kashmir, then mess up Balochistan. If Pakis do not end terror camps in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and do not stop their support of terrorism and in fact eliminate terrorism then we ought to help the Balochistan economically and strategic help. Similarly goes with China. If they mess up with Arunachal mess up Tibet. Both should be used in Tit for Tat. In fact, the Balochis mention that they are not supported by India at all but would not mind taking support from India to gain independence. I would just say that tell Paki govt. to denounce and end all terrorism and if they do not do so then tactically help Balochis to gain independence. Balochistan is nearly 44% of Pakistani territory and they will be screwed forever if that region becomes independence. And to be honest, they have every right to become independent too as Pakistan has been screwing up the region economically, politically and in resources and neglecting the region like it was the case with our Northeast in the past. But only use it as a tit for tat diplomacy. And I hate the Paki's double standards as always. We provide equal rights to all Kashmiris but they still have problems and speak like saints. Whereas they have oppressed and killed millions of East Pakistanis/Bangladeshis in the past and are also doing so with Balochistan and do not have any problems with that. Height of hypocrisy and double standards.
