akshayxyz Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 When Arunachalam Muruganantham decided he was going to do something about the fact that women in India canÃÕ afford sanitary napkins, he went the extra mile: He wore his own for a week to figure out the best design. A bit crazy, to say the least, to have tried the napkins himself ( and even 'analyzing' used samples!!), but at the end he did succeed! http://www.fastcoexist.com/1679008/an-indian-inventor-disrupts-the-period-industry

akshayxyz Posted December 20, 2011 Author Posted December 20, 2011 Dedication or obsession?:--D there is a very thin line that separates the two. Better question would be (in this context) - dedication or perversion. No disrespect to the inventor, but his methods do border on perversion, I feel some of them could have been avoided.
