Bumper Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 u sure about that? gambhir, sehwag postponing injury rehab because of IPL franchise commitments was huge. ..tendulkar skipping WI tour and lacking match practice going into the england series... dravid is just garbage. laxman has been worked out by the aussie bowlers. so the IPL excuse doesnt work for them. but there is an argument to back up the idea of the IPL harming the seniors. The IPL argument would have been acceptable before this series. In fact, i myself bit.ched about Sehwag postponing his surgery during the English tour. There is simply no excuse for the current failures. All these fookers were fit and had ample match practice. They are on the wane. We are a cr@p team that deserves to be put in place.
Deleted_User_1 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 apply for Paki citizenship then:doh: Hehe I am a US citizen, not interested in Paki.... :finger:
Needforspeed Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 India Is Shyte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Sachin=GOD Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 dravid is a worthless piece of **** now. what he did in the past is irrelevant. he has been an absolute disgrace on this tour' date= can't even score off straight deliveries. i dont like to admit this either, but i am realistic and i am not big into this 'hero worshipping' thing that a lot of indians do if u are good enuff to play, u play. otherwise u can piss off. dravid needs to piss off. he has been **** for a long time now. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: 3 innings out of which he made 60 odd in one. So he has failed in 2 innings (where ALL Indian batsmen have failed alongside him). BTW this is the same batsman who has scored 5 hundreds (including 3 in the England tour where the other Indian batsmen failed miserably) in 2011.
Manny_Pacquiao Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 if it was up to guys like u, we would have dravid, laxman, gambhir, tendulkar, sehwag, and all your heroes playing til 2025.
Lord Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Hehe I am a US citizen' date=' not interested in Paki.... :finger:[/quote'] btw u have lost ur magic, ealier whenever u used to write India off,u were proved wrong n we won.now ur predictions are coming true.so start supporting India now for once,u never know:winky:
The Dark Horse Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Unfortunately' date=' people [b'](CSK fans) are so blinded in their horde to prove a point to others that they fail to recognize a singular point - "This is the Indian team and not the Sauth XI". We had no business losing the plot not once but TWICE in the same match. Defensive fielding Sheet batting Out-of-form batsmen With a joke of an Australian side beating us comprehensively, we might as well relegate ourselves to doing more important activities than waking up at 5 in the morning to see our "heroes" choke. Cheeka's got an extension despite the Mother of all humiliations in England. So your answer is - "Not anytime soon". Why are you obsessed with CSK all the time, its no longer interesting
skindia Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Murali vijay,Raina and robin uthappa were good players with proper technique b4 IPL...but IPL ruined them....they tried to play or discover new strokes and ruined their careers.
Karan114 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 To be honest all teams have been poor away from home. Australia got whitewashed in India. SA haven't even won at home since 3 years. Aus won in SL and drew in SA. SA are poor at home but good away. Simply no comparison to getting battered in six away games straight like India. Our batting line-up away from home has become one of the worst in the world.
Sachin=GOD Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 if it was up to guys like u' date=' we would have dravid, laxman, gambhir, tendulkar, sehwag, and all your heroes playing til 2025.[/quote'] and if it was up to someone like you, you would kick them out of the team even if they were playing well and their "replacements" were not ready for Test cricket/were not doing well/had not performed even after many chances.
prashsenga Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 I believe we have to pick horses for courses. I am sure there are batsmen in the classical mould like akash chopra / wasim jaffer/badrinath who would prefer to play Test cricket. As somebody said Test Cricket should be highly incentivised like say Every match should Pay 10 lakhs and every 50 a person makes should get an additional incentive of 2 lakhs while a 100 carries say 4 lakhs. Same would be for 2 wicket and four wicket. That way we can have players playing 10 tests a year and making close to 10 million INR. and i feel the Big 3 have to go. No point in them continuing and not firing together. If they cannot collectively perform then they perish collectively. Gautam Gambhir has to be dropped. Period ! enough of his past laurels . if he is averaging 30 for last 2 years he has no business in the team and added to fact he gets out in the same fashion. If he does not know where his off stump is, send him back to ranji to figure it out. we dont want pokers in indian test team. I feel Virat is unfairly targeted. we need to give him some time to devlop and i am sure he would come up good. My choice of new players to be inducted in increasing order of preference Virat ( already there) Rohit ( for laxman) Pujara ( for Sachin) Mukund ( for GG) Rahane ( if mukund fails) Badrinath -- ( for Dravid) people say he lacks class but i feel he is a gritty customer like hussey or dravid, was wrongly tried for ODIs . should get at least a couple of tests in home. I am sure he will come good.
VRV Singh Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Did I read right that there is no tour outside SC until 2014, feck this shyt I am not watching 25 pointless slugfests with Sree Lanka on their national highways. Wake me up in two years when these changes have gone through..
Hell Raiser Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Indian batting is really going downhill. We have won only 2 matches out of 11 that we have played outside Asia in last 1 year or so and lost 5. The 5 matches that we have lost are mainly due to very poor batting. I would rather see youngsters failing and losing a test series then our batting greats. Its time for us to move on and blood youngsters but in a phased manner.
Singham Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 I think Dravid will retire. But i believe Laxman will be forced out of the team by selectors.

bear23 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Why should sachin go. He is proving to the best we have.
bulbul Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Why should sachin go. He is proving to the best we have. whats big deal...even Dravid proved he is the Best we have last year... but see him this year he cant buy a run , became totally useless...more than that his slip catching almost turned entire series
Andrew Peter Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Sachin is still the best Batsman in the whole country , on current form that is .
bulbul Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Sachin is still the best Batsman in the whole country ' date=' on [b']current form that is . Last 3 innings :hmmm:
