Is all very well Dhoni at last taking the blame for some shameful performances, but he is part of the problem not the solution. Has no ideas, no strategy or hunger to rebuild a new team. If the captain is a good batsman or a bowler, he could motivate the team by setting an example himself. A wicket keeper is a terribly bad choice for a test captain especially when he himself is an average test batsman. I can't seem to remember any successful wicket keeper captains of the past. Wicket keeping by itself is a heavy work load and concentration, I think Dhoni being an average batsman himself, is simply unable to take the additional burden of captaincy.

One thing I would like to praise about him was to give a big run to Kohli. He before didn't really give him a good run few years ago even though he was doing fine in ODI's. He relized Kohli is the real deal and gave him a good run over others. Kohli lived up to his promise and scored well in this match.
