Are we gonna win the CB series?

  1. 1.

    • Obviously. We are the world champs, and we'll whitewash the Aussies in the finals like last time
    • Errrm. We might win a few games, and manage to get to the finals. Then we'll get smashed.
    • Haha. We'll lose most of our games and get knocked out in the group stages only.

I don't know why but against Pakistan no one tries short pitch stuff as much as these gori teams tried against India.
Because in recent times while playing overseas your batsmen have not given a need for the opposition to try anything different.:winky: or here is another one Pak batsmen strengths have not been identified by the opposition...

Heres the current rankings on the best ODI sides... India are World Champs - well done and deserved to win, but as for the best ODI side outside one tournament... the rankings say it all Aussies and then daylight.... odi_predictor.php

Why waste their energy when a straight delivery on stumps is going to get the job done. :--D

Doesn't matter. Was the same last time.

Don't think we will win. Not with guys like Weenie Bimar in the side. At least hope to beat Sri Lanka. Only plus is Dhoni enjoys ODIs and is in his elements as captain.
I don't think Vinnie Kumar will be in main ine up. Umesh Zak PK.

true with the test side. not with the odi side. dhoni, rohit, virat, gambo, raina, tendu(?) are all in form. rohit can do yuvi's job.
1st ODI vs WI - India 59/5 2nd ODI - India 27/2 3rd ODI - India 105/6 Even at home we were struggling against WI. Though there were some match saving knocks from Rohit/Ashwin to save us. Against Australia it wont be easy to come back from these kinda situations.

Dhoni and Rania won't be turning into supermen away from home' date=' Rania will be *****ing his pants to play on the Australian pitches, going to be a walking joke.[/quote'] Agree with you If both Raina and Dhoni will be *****ing their pants like they did against England bowlers in England in ODIs.:giggle:

Will depend to a large extent on how well Sehwag and GG bat. Their test form has hurt us badly, if they continue to struggle in ODIs, there will be no comeback for us against the Aussies.

With Sachin back and likely to play nearly all the matches unless we qualify for the final early, one out of Raina/Rohit will have to miss out in the playing 11 unless they decide to play only 4 bowler and exclude Jadeja/Irfan. Would rather see these two along side Kohli play all the ODIs and Sehwag/Sachin being rotated.
