Need to stop looking for excuses to not make changes. The cricket calendar could not be much better aligned for it to happen. Ideal world - they bow out after this series. I don't think the people who truly care about this Test team would be cutting themselves over a loss to England in the rebuilding stage. Who is to say the youngsters won't prove themselves.

Problem is not flat track..Its mindset. They have been failing on flat tracks, not just oldies but Sehwag and Gambhir. The real problem is mental, that needs to be sorted first. So first thing we need to do is Kick out Fletcher and Company, then Dhoni as captain.

Fair enough but when folks fail you typically show more faith in youngsters since they can learn from it (hopefully). Hard to see what promise any of the budhaos are gonna do batting on flat tracks.
