ravishingravi Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 I saw this live years back. He is the best PM without a shadow of doubt in my mind. uQMpOQvhAWU&feature=g-all&context=G2375f50FAAAAAAAAFAA
dial_100 Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 he chose his words so carefully but they were bang on. Never lost his cool, and most importantly he maintained his dignity never stooped to the lower standards. Great quality.
maniac Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 I would say 2nd best PM ever followed by Narsimha Rao and this coming from a BJP supporter....I miss those days when Narsimha Rao and Vajpayee-2 scholars, great orators, articulate and dignified where at the helm of this country and in opposition.

PVN and ABV are together at the top as visionary PMs. ABV has a greater command of the Hindi language and absolutely incredible oratory skills. A poet, a scholar and a gentleman. I loved how he put Kalmadi in his place with the gentleness of a grandfather scolding his grandson. Thanks for posting this, RR. Great memories.

Lurker Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji was class act. Even his worst critics respected him. Educated, scholarly, beyond any dirty politics, man of few words, carefully chosen one..and great orator(specially in Hindi). The worse thing that could have happened to him was his own party effed him over. No wonder BJP went to the pooper soon after.
ViruRulez Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 To be honest, BJP rose to power and gained national respect due to him and gradually died from national limelight as soon as he retired. Great leader and a person everyone respected. BJP would probably never find a leader with the personality and acceptability like him in the near future.
maniac Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 :whack: :--D Sorry my bad I meant 2nd Best PM....1st is Shri.Narsimha Rao Ji/Garu
maniac Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 From Abdul Kalam to Pratibha Patil From leaders like Rao and Vajpayee to ManMohan Singh(I had great respect for him before he was a PM now knowing his leadership skills my respect for PVN has increased 10 fold as the architect of modern India)
