jhakati Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 im going to stop complaining now that he actually got it, let's celebrate!!
CSK Fan Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 No joke! Remember when Tendulkar was out of form in tests and then he scored back to back hundreds I think v Bang in tests? It was a very slow and out of character 100, but a ton nevertheless. I see one coming up now! They all count boys and girls :cantstop: :hatsoff::hatsoff::hatsoff::hatsoff::hatsoff: I am a new convert to SreeSanth fan club
Gambit Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Today's hundred by Sachin was a tribute to Rahul Dravid and his art of batsmanship. :--D
Prudent Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Today's hundred by Sachin was a tribute to Rahul Dravid and his art of batsmanship. :--D Gambit :yay::yay::yay:
hari504504 Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Tendulkar speaks: "It's been a tough phase for me. I started off the season batting reasonably well, i was luckless. I was not thinking about the milestone, the media started all this, where ever I went, the restaurant, room service, everyone was talking about the 100th hundred. Nobody talked about my 99 hundreds. It was slightly different, the ball was not coming onto the bat. It hasn't sunk in but I've definitely lost about 50 kilos. Doesn't matter how many hundreds you've scored, you still have to put your head down and score for the team. Dreams do come true. I had to wait for one for 22 years (the World Cup)." He can lie in public too ! :hmmm: ..what is so bad in admitting ...
Mandrake Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 He can lie in public too ! :hmmm: ..what is so bad in admitting ... lol..you want to put a gun to his head and make him admit..give it a rest,it was a great interview befitting the man
Sehwag1830 Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Worst Sachin century ? Is this his worst century ?
vvvslaxman Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 its sad coming against bangla and that too in a ODI really takes the sheen of this moment poor commies, poor opposition, poor tournament.. but thats the way it goes.
Laaloo Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 poor commies' date=' poor opposition, poor tournament.. but thats the way it goes.[/quote'] Well considering what our team has went through since the world cup, it was fitting that he got it against a low key position.
mastana Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 poor commies' date=' poor opposition, poor tournament.. but thats the way it goes.[/quote'] And some really poor fans.

vvvslaxman Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 And some really poor fans. Thanks for self-realization
Holysmoke Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Today's hundred by Sachin was a tribute to Rahul Dravid and his art of batsmanship. :--D Classic Gambit :haha:
J P K Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 well with only 2 wickets down and 10 overs left he was playing defensive shots? U cannot expect everyone to be unselfish like davagere express
Pagalpanti Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 You can't really blame Sachin for the kind of innings he played. Anyone who is out of form will try to grind it out and take time. And we've always seen Sachin getting nervous near milestones so it was not his first. In a way it was good that he finally made sure he got through with it because it was really taking toll on him and the team.
Dravid_TheWall Posted March 16, 2012 Author Posted March 16, 2012 not happy at all with the way he got it. As said it all counts :finger: Congratz :yay: Now one more needed for 50 odi tons!!!

It's really good what he did for himself, it will benefit Indian cricket for next few years or as long as he plays. He did this when he had a test drought for awhile, he scored a slow test 100 v Bangladesh off 200 odd balls which was full of nurdling :cantstop:
